The 10th European Conference for Creativity & Innovation (ECCI X) in Copenhagen is calling for your attention: Please notice March 1st as a crucial deadline for:

• Early registration discount
• Submission of academic papers (abstracts)
• Submission of non-academic contributions (1st round)

The conference website, www.eccix.org is open for abstract submission for academic papers. Please download Call for Papers from the website. Feel free to distribute the Call for Papers amongst colleagues.

Besides the academic paper jam sessions, the conference has a variety of sessions where the conference participants are invited to contribute in order to share experiences and develop knowledge across disciplines:

CHI workshop on Sonic Interaction design

The COST Action IC0601 on Sonic Interaction Design is organizing a CHI 2008 Workshop titled “Sonic Interaction Design: Sound,
Information, Experience”.

The workshop will be part of ACM CHI, the Annual SIGCHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems, which will be held in Florence, Italy, from April 5 – 10, 2008. With over 2000 attendees and many industry exhibitors, CHI is the most important event for the Human-Computer Interaction community.

Audio mostly 2007

The audio mostly conference, the 2nd conference on interaction with sound,  this year takes place  in Ilmenau, Germany on September 27-28, 2007 hosted by the Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology IDMT.

We will present a paper entitled: Sonic Interaction design: case studies from the Medialogy education.
